!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! has been going on for the better part of two years - lots of noise, increased traffic, but today, structural steel! Then it’ll be a lot of interior work, culminating in $2-4 million dollar condos, and we’ll have new neigh bors.
Who I will have no interest in meeting.
Soon, perhaps we’ll be able to sleep in on a Saturday morning.

So two years of demolition gutting the inside, now what, two years of construction then trying to ease two dozen new home owners into the area and the status quo.

The work will probably go quickly from this point - this city is full of people who know what they’re doing. You just have to get them to show up.
